However, before the rendezvous can take place, tragedy strikes as Near's lifeless body is discovered on the docks of Old Portsmouth, shrouded in suspicion and intrigue. Enter Constable Catchem of the Old Portsmouth Police, determined to untangle the web of secrets and deceit lurking within the coastal town.

With whispers of espionage and betrayal swirling in the salty sea breeze, Constable Catchem sets his sights on The Dolphin, a local haunt rumored to be frequented by clandestine operatives.
